Gray hair is a problem for millions of people around the world. It comes with age and it seems there’s nothing you can do to avoid it. However, many people find gray hairs on their head in their 20s or 30s, which is certainly unpleasant. The graying process isn’t a medical problem by itself except in rare cases.

The hair has 2 pigments – light (phaeomelanin) and dark (melanin). They blend together to create different hair colors. Over age, the melanin production reduces which causes the hair to turn gray, a problem no one wants to have.
